Templates support preparation of a few sections of the Pre-FS that may be standard in nature across various Pre-FS. Project-wise content may differ however the presentation of the content is templatised in certain sections. This is likely to increase efficiency of Pre-FS preparation and standardise presentation for evaluation. Templates applicable in this stage are provided below with a description and application summary. A checklist is a ‘to-do’ list. Checklists ensure comprehensiveness of information provided in the Pre-FS report. Checklists ensure that the Pre-FS preparation team covers all components and their sub-components and do not leave any gaps. If checklists are not fulfilled, the user can review the section and update it for comprehensiveness with reference to the corresponding checklist provided in the toolkit.
