Pre-FS Checklists
A checklist is a ‘to-do’ list. Checklists ensure comprehensiveness of information provided in the Pre-FS report. Checklists ensure that the Pre-FS preparation team covers all components and their sub-components and do not leave any gaps. If checklists are not fulfilled, the user can review the section and update it for comprehensiveness with reference to the corresponding checklist provided in the toolkit. Checklists applicable in this stage are provided below with a description and application summary. Project Scoping

Supporting Activities

Description : Activities of the GCA that complement Pre-FS preparation and complete the project preparation stage.

Application : After the Pre-FS draft, market sounding and public consultations are done and before starting the procurement process for an IBE for a solicited PPP/KPBU.
Readiness to Submit PFS to Bappenas

Description : Confirms completeness of preparation of a Ready-to-Offer (RTO) solicited regular project for potential PPP/KPBU. Also helps identify any reviews, activities, or tasks that the GCA or technical advisor may have missed during the preparation of the PFS.

Application : After the PFS is prepared and the GCA has done the supporting activities related to the PFS preparation, per Ministerial regulations 07/2023
